What was I reminded of today? Today my sweet, caring and oh so very honest Brooklyn ask me what was wrong with my eyes. Naive me thought my mascara might have smudged so I replied, "Nothing, why is there something on it?" Brooklyn's response....."Yes, you have a bunch of cracks around them." I briefly explained what wrinkles were and encouraged her to use good moisturizer at an early age because she is obviously genetically predisposed to have cracks on her eyes too! Today I was reminded not to depend on a 3 year old to raise your self esteem.
Sidenote: There will be no pictures attached to this post for obvious reasons.
God has blessed me in so many ways, especially with an amazing husband and two wonderful girls. I have a great circle of friends and family that love me for who I am unconditionally. LIFE IS GOOD!
